McKeague Morgan & Company has a specialist insolvency division.  Nicholas McKeague is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and is active in all areas of insolvency.  He has over 20 years experience within this field.  The main areas dealt with are Company Voluntary Arrangements and Liquidations, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and personal bankruptcies.  Assignments are taken throughout Northern Ireland.  The main emphasis is on business rescue and recovery.

Our Approach

The majority of our assignments involve owner-managed businesses.  Assignments have included:-

• Successful Company Voluntary Arrangements involving the survival of companies and better realisations for creditors.
