We have a number of Rescue Procedures that will assist in helping companies out of temporary difficulties that will enable the company to continue trading.
However, in cases where the company does not have any future viability, then it would become necessary to cease trading immediately. We can then advise on the procedures involved in placing the company into Liquidation
