Pre – Insolvency Services

As both Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners we have many years of experience in advising businesses finding themselves in financial distress. This enables us to evaluate and support clients with a business restructuring and rescue plan, in many cases avoiding the need to undertake a formal insolvency procedure.

As part of our service we will carry out a pre-insolvency review. Each review is a unique assessment, determined on the specific client’s needs. Our work may include:

• Evaluation of a client’s cash reserves and creditor position
• Review or compilation of cash-flow forecasts
• Analyzing the business environment and the future viability of the trade
• Identification of unprofitable activities
• Formulation of creditor repayment strategies
• Advising on the disposal of assets to raise funds
